My background consists of degrees in Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy. I also have a special interest and have furthered my knowledge in the areas of CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma.
I practice from an integrated Adlerian social psychology perspective that combines counselling, art and occupational therapy and is effective with children, teens and adults. This perspective draws from Adlerian, Narrative and CBT depending on the issue at hand.
I am LGBTQ friendly and informed and I have a therapy dog named Loulu that is available for sessions.
I am registered under provincial legislation as a member of both the College of Registered Psychotherapists and Occupational Therapists of Ontario and I am fully insured.
